But Forte dei Marmi, Bonassola, Anacapri, Ravello, Sperlonga, Minori are also included in the list of the 10 most expensive seaside towns in Italy to buy a holiday home. More generally, expanding the horizon without dwelling on individual municipalities, the most expensive area in Italy to buy a holiday home by the sea, is confirmed to be that of Portofino-Santa Margherita Ligure (5189.18 euros / sqm), which is increased by 5% compared to last year.
