The constraint between home walls imposed to reduce contagions is close to most, who in this complicated situation of their home have discovered strengths but above all defects. Looking at Istat data, one third of Italian houses have neither terrace nor balcony, 60% have one bathroom, only 8% of the Italian housing stock was built in this century. On an average size level, a house is 68 square meters in the city and 92 square meters in the rest of the country. The available space is therefore the first element to be evaluated, but necessarily connected to the external space (of which those who are now segregated in houses without even a balcony miss), the light and the soundproofing of the walls.
