After the pandemic, the beauty of brick returns

The beauty of the brick revised and corrected in the post Covid. The quarantine has led the Italians to think about their lives and especially about the spaces in which to eat and sleep. And this is being reflected in an epochal change on the choice of home and the revolution of the environments. Consequently, the search for properties to buy or rent after the coronavirus aims at the need to find and create suitable spaces to smartworking increasingly widespread among Italians, which guarantee privacy and also the protection from external noise. Same goes for children, who have similar needs with distance education. The lockdown and having to stay at home for a long time also revealed the need to live in homes with a garden. Or at least a habitable terrace among the features most in demand today while, more on the luxury side, the desire to have a swimming pool in the house rises. The quarantine also slightly affected housing demand: in some cases, it is more preferred to buy larger apartments with private outdoor spaces, renouncing centrality. The living room is reduced in favor of the larger balconies and the larger kitchen.
